The Wind Caves

 The boys are out of school for spring break. Sean flew in for a long weekend and we took Otto and went for a hike in the Usury Mountains to the Wind Caves. It's actually more of an overhang than a cave, carved out, of course, by the wind. It was a good hike. We love having the dog go with us on some family trips. Taylor thinks his knee is completely healed and ran up the trail most of the way with Jared. Sean stayed with his momma as we had a good pace up the trail.

 The hike proved some great views of the Phoenix valley. It really is huge. This would be a great hike in the morning, after rain to clear it out for pictures. Jared tried some of his bouldering techniques. Btw, Taylor had to leisurely walk down because his knee is NOT fully recovered as he thought it was on the run UP the mountain. It was 70 degrees, great hiking weather.
